Our unique pay for performance program combines a strong base salary plus bonus based incentives on company and personal performance. This structure results in a highly motivated work force with salaries well above the industry average.
Samtec's retirement plan provides the potential for continued compensation during retirement at the same or better level as when you were working. Samtec contributes 7% of your compensation into a defined contribution retirement plan (includes bonus and any Tiger Share stock redemptions) and our 401(k) plan matches dollar for dollar up to 5% of your optional salary deferral. This is a total contribution of up to 17%, which is three times the national average.
